Chuck Fall, former and future member of the Oregon Green Party, and head of the Green Liberty Caucus/PAC, wrote this letter of protest to the Massachusetts Green Rainbow Party affiliated with the US Green Party concerning their attacks on me and on him, and their refusal to answer my request for membership.
Chuck draws attention to the efforts to block me from membership for questioning the Covid-19 narrative in this letter. Although the original discussion in the Green Rainbow Party concludes with Mike Pascucci promising to write me a letter saying that I am free to join the Green Rainbow Party, but that they cannot support my campaign, his email of Jul 12, 2023 at 1:57 AM (Tokyo time) stated that they were reviewing my application. I never heard back from them. At this point, it looks like we need a formal statement that they were wrong about Covid-19 and that I had sufficient evidence even then to support my positions.
Chuck writes, “I invite the Green Rainbow Party to consider a proposal for the national committee to vote for a committee for accountability of state and corporate malfeasance. The proposal is founded on the Green Liberty demand for accountability and is informed by Green Party principles.”

Subject: Regarding July / 2023 communication about Pastreich application to Green Rainbow Party of Massachusetts
Dear Eileen, Mike, and others at Green Rainbow Party of Massachusetts;
Regarding: concerns about Emanuel Pastreich application for membership in the Massachusetts Green Party.
I am writing on behalf of Emanuel Pastreich who applied for “membership” in the Green Rainbow Party of Massachusetts. This request was made in July 2023, and he again, recently, communicated his desire to join the GRP.
Emanuel is registered to vote in the state of Massachusetts with the Rainbow Green Party, and wants to know his status as a member in Green Rainbow Party, or not.
I am writing on his behalf as a friend and comrade.
The communication from Mike P. and yourself that the GRP posted in July 2023 on the adcom list, shows Mike P. has not followed through with an assignment from your board to communicate with Emanuel about his membership application. Emanuel awaits word.
Meanwhile, I am a green party activist communicating as the chief proponent for forming a Green Liberty network within the Green Party with the goal of becoming a formal Caucus pursuant to Green Party US rules.
Communication from Mike P. indicates a hesitation to accept Emanuel’s membership in Rainbow Green Party on account of his position regarding the Covid event and being a “conspiracy theorist.”
I am alarmed by the bias shown by Mike P. against myself and Emanuel for being “conspiracy theorists;” this term as he means it is a slur, and as he notes, I communicated that the use of the term should be moderated on the national delegates discussion list as fallacious reasoning that violates the rule for negative tone. Mike P. takes umbrage with this viewpoint and again slanders me as someone trying to censor speech, and yet it is he trying to block speech form Emanuel and myself. See memo from his post back in 2023.
Green Liberty perspective (‘conspiracy theories’ they may be) is totally in line with Green Party principles. See link below to review an application, not yet submitted, that would form a committee under Green Party US rules based on principles within Green Party that explicitly and implicitly call for resistance to corruption and seek accountability. This is the Green Liberty sensibility Mike P. dismisses a "conspiracy theory" and "dangerous."
Any state green party can advance this. In Oregon, where I am from, our state green party is blocked by establishmentarians, and they have prevented this from being advanced to the national. But Massachusetts can advance this. Here is a report on Oregon's problem: https://greenlibertycaucus.org/november-16-round-table-event/
Emanuel is in the Green Liberty network and supports the Green Liberty stance for accountability for state crimes, including the Federal Covid Program, which we view as illegal and a fraudulent representation of safe and effective. For this stance, Mike P. slurs the Green Liberty perspective as a “conspiracy theory”, which is unfair and without merit, hurtful, and fallacious to boot. In short, it is un-green to slur activist greens seeking accountability for injustice.
Mike’s use of the term ‘conspiracy theories’ and fear mongering shows his prejudice against political truthers, such as myself, who question the official narratives of structural events like the Covid, and the 9/11 attacks, and against which we call out as corrupt and demand accountability. Mike P. should recuse himself from the board’s consideration of Emanuel’s application. His reasoning against extending membership to Emanuel should be dismissed since he argues from a prejudiced perspective against Emanuel based on fallacious reasoning.
Emanuel’s application for membership indicates his desire to participate in Green Party politics. Emanuel has been involved in the Green Party since 2003 when he was a professor in Illinois.
Please accept Emanuel’s application for membership in the Green Rainbow Party of Massachusetts; he is a sincere Green and everything that is advanced by the Green Liberty Caucus is supported by Green values from our 4 pillars to GP US Platform, and from Oregon Pacific Green Party founding documents. See the application for a committee below for details on this claim.
Calling the Federal Covid program a state crime, and demanding an end to the Covid vaccine, is hardly a reason to deny an individual membership in the Green Party. We can debate the issue Covid origin, nature versus lab origin, etc., but remain committed to the long term goal of building a green society defined by our 4 pillars.
Furthermore, I invite the Green Rainbow Party to consider a proposal for the national committee to vote for a committee for accountability of state and corporate malfeasance. The proposal is founded on the Green Liberty demand for accountability and is informed by Green Party principles.
I would be grateful if Massachusetts would advance this proposal for a committee to the national, but not before accepting Emanuel's application for membership in Green Rainbow Party. Please communicate directly with Emanuel about his application for membership in the Massachusetts Green Party.
In solidarity,
Chuck Fall, Green Liberty Caucus Oregon Chapter

AdCom,
I’m writing to express my concerns with news of a potential new member of the SMRC chapter: Emanuel Pastreich. He is actually running for president specifically as an independent, not as a Green. And he is a conspiracy
theorist who espouses dangerous rhetoric that disagrees with GRP positions.
There are plenty of examples, as much of his 20-plank platform contains conspiracy theories and dangerous rhetoric, but here is the one about
COVID: “Science demonstrates clearly that the masks are damaging to health and a blatant form of tyranny and that these ‘vaccines’ are not vaccines at
all but biological weapons. […] The COVID 19 vaccines must be stopped.”
I am concerned that this very similar to what we faced a couple years ago and would derail our moves toward growing the party in a positive way. And this is particularly at a time when new people are being drawn in to the
party (such as Valielza O'Keefe who also recently reached out to GRP
offices about joining SMRC) because of other candidates much more inline with our values, and they could be scared off by such nonsense.
I first became familiar with Emanuel a handful of months ago because one of the GPUS delegates, Chuck Fall, is a huge fan and has been trying to convince GPUS national committee members to recruit him despite having very
little support — only those sympathetic to Chuck’s self-described “Green Libertarianism” and obsession with COVID conspiracies.
In fact, when Chuck first floated Emanuel as a potential candidate, I looked at Emanuel’s website and saw he was pushing numerous conspiracy theories. Then when I wrote of my findings on the National list, Chuck responded by saying that anyone who uses the term “conspiracy theorist” should face disciplinary action, which is a ludicrous attempt at censorship.
Until now, I had not been aware that Emanuel lives in Massachusetts. He emailed GRP offices last night and said he lives in West Tisbury, Martha’s Vineyard, and that he wants to join SMRC (see below). I am very concerned
about this, and would like your thoughts on how to move forward.
-Mike
