Demand the Impeachment of Biden & the Resignation of Trump

Why is Professor Francis Boyle so cowardly?

The convenient truth tellers and limited libertarians are all excited about Professor Francis Boyle’s Articles of Impeachment for President Biden. There is plenty of reason to impeach Biden even at this late date, and to lock up much of his cabinet as well. After all, none of us wants to be killed in a nuclear war such as is being planned for us with Russia right now.

The question is, are we finally focused on the crisis of our age, or is this yet another sideshow to distract us while the newly-installed Christian Zionists who will be running the show under Trump prepare for a war with Iran?

Or perhaps two wars are being prepared at once—a world war, in other words.

Well, you have to ask, why is it that Boyle so brave and outspoken about the Biden administration, but so unwilling to make a similar demand of the Trump administration?

It would take Boyle just a few hours to write up a legal argument for why Donald Trump is unqualified to serve as president and he must step down. I would argue that Trump’s involvement in state crimes like the cover up of 9/11 and the promotion of the Covid-19 hoax is sufficient to disqualify him from holding any office. Boyle could easily bring criminal charges against him that are much more serious than anything aimed at Matt Gaetz.

But even for the pevish and pusillanimous pundits who dominate the soft and puffy “truth teller” and “whistle blower” space, just citing Trump’s blatant admission that he has taken bribes from Miriam Adelson and Elon Musk (which is easily proven) or his association with organized crime, or even documenting his just blatant violation of the emoluments clause of the Constitution in the previous administration is sufficient grounds to demand that he step down immediately.

I could write a whole book listing cold, solid, unemotional evidence that Trump is guilty of felony crimes that would have nothing to do with steamy women or so-called Russian voter fraud. The case is open and shut.

If you are worried about war, you have at least as good of a reason to demand Trump step down as to impeach Biden. After all, Trump’s whole diplomacy and security team, starting with Marco Rubio and Pete Hegseth, is crawling with Christian Zionists who are concretely planning to bomb Iran into the stone age.

I am unimpressed with Professor Boyle because I knew him personally as a colleague, a fellow professor at University of Illinois, a weak man who played stupid when I was placed on medical leave for “mental illness” after I opposed the Bush regime and then he was completely silent (even after I asked his help in person) when I thrown out of the University as narrated here.

Like many of these truth tellers who can appear in the mainstream “alternative media” Boyle avoids discussion of state crimes and he refuses to discuss how the United States is actually run.

Boyle started getting big attention today after Alex Jones interviewed him about his sexy Articles of Impeachment. Alex Jones has suddenly become legitimate as a truth teller after years of being shoved off the stage for his crazy ideas. Now he is going mainstream and interviewing people Boyle. That should tell you something.

Alex Jones cut his teeth in conspiracy theory wonderland by promoting the idea that 9/11 was an inside job (which is obvious to anyone who took high school physics) but that Israel had nothing to do with it.

For Alex Jones to claim that 9/11 was an inside job planned by selfish bureaucrats in the CIA without any help from Israel is like claiming that you pick up heavy weights without muscles and bones.

So, I ask in all honesty, why should we be so excited about impeaching Biden, but afraid to even suggest that Trump must resign immediately? It certainly is not a matter of logic or of law. Maybe it is just a bit of good old fashioned cowardice?

I say, Professor Boyle, “Get off the stage!”

Francis Boyle: Well, I have gotten my draft bill of impeachment to the Trump transition team, so I would hope with a recommendation that they take it up with President Trump, that he endorse this, and that he contact the Republican leadership of the House, get it on the floor right away. Get Biden impeached right away. Ship it off to the Senate for the trial and discombobulate this administration, make them dead in the water. So I've done the best I can do myself, but I would certainly encourage your listening audience to contact President Trump and also to contact the members of the Republican House Freedom Caucus. Several of them do have my bill of impeachment. I'll be standing by here to advise them if they want further advice from me. But I've already spoken to one of them. I won't mention him here for 20 minutes over this I went through the whole thing in great detail. He agreed with me completely on the merits alone. So at the time I spoke, I take it, the Republican leadership concluded that they could beat Biden fair and square in an election, and so they didn't pursue my impeachment resolution at that time. But things have changed. The Bidenites could do everything between now and January 20 to get us into an outright shooting war with Russia. That would make it very difficult for President Trump to get us out of.  I'm not saying it would be impossible, but it would make it immeasurably difficult for President Trump to stop an ongoing war with Russia.
