The following text is a draft for a “Claim of confiscation of property by the United States Provisional Government” that requires further refinement, and a consensus among the moral leaders of the nation formally known as the United States of America as to what exactly the structure of a provisional government should be. That process will take place over the next year. I do not claim to know what shape it will take, although I have made suggestions here.  

We must recognize, first and foremost, that those who hide behind Donald Trump, a sad, tired, and exploited man, are preparing for us their own “provisional government” that will be a deeply repressive organization ultimately serving global finance. The Democrats, and mainstream Republicans, not to be outdone, are also preparing their own globalist provisional government based on the marching orders passed down from the World Economic Forum and the sections of the United Nations controlled by global finance. It will look remarkably similar to the Trump model, except it will use bio-fascist control and identity politics, rather than ethnic strife and Christian doctrine as its justification.

I have no doubt that many citizens will come to the realization in the months ahead that we have no choice but to postulate our own rational, constitutional, and moral provisional government before we are served one prepared for us by those who would rule us in the harshest manner imaginable, whether they call themselves “conservative” or “progressive.” 

I have many friends who have expressed skepticism about my emphasis on the United States Constitution as a basis for action. I fully understand the imperfections of that document.

In a sense this debate on the use of the Constitution resembles that which unfolded between the two leading abolitionists William Lloyd Garrison and Frederick Douglass in the 1850s. Garrison held that the Constitution was flawed from the start because it embraced and justified slavery and, by contrast, Douglass upheld the value of the Constitution, suggesting that its potential be realized through a moral rereading, one that considered those specific parts that endorsed slavery as being a product of political specifics of 1787 and focused on what the Constitution actually says, “all men are created equal” (etc.), rather than how it was interpreted at the time.

I side with Douglass in this matter, seeing the Constitution as a good starting point for justifying a revolution based on laws and precedents.

The Constitution and the Declaration of Independence are useful because they determine what is, and what is not, the government. Used honestly and effectively, these two texts can be marshalled to convince citizens, people who have never focused on government and governance before, to believe that the new system we put forth is legitimate because it upholds these foundational texts whereas the institutions that now claim to be “government” are but masks worn by a nightmare, a reign of terror, run by multinational corporations, investment banks and billionaires.

Of course, we can hold a constitutional convention at a later date at which we will revise the current Constitution so as to bring back the humanity and sustainability found in the “Great Law of the Iroquois Confederation” and other works of the original peoples that were misinterpreted by the founders of the United States.

I have singled out Blackrock in this “Claim of confiscation of property” because it is the best known, and most extensive of the global criminal financial institutions that we must take down, and take apart, in order to restore democratic republics and rule by the people. Obviously, this claim can be extended to other criminal syndicates later.

As Franklin D. Roosevelt said,

“Banks had begun to consider the Government of the United States as a mere appendage to their own affairs. We know now that Government by organized money is just as dangerous as Government by organized mob.”

This text takes the form of a demand, nothing more, nothing less. And yet, a demand is precisely what is missing in all the conspiracy websites that enlighten us about the evil acts of the rich and powerful, while discouraging us by magnifying their power. We need to make demands around which we can rally and organize. Demands are the vanguard that pushes us forth toward truth and justice.

Frederick Douglass’s historic moral command to all thinking citizens is the basis for this first demand. This first demand will be transformative. Without such a demand, no institutions can be built to take back our society.

Frederick Douglass said,

“This struggle may be a moral one, or it may be a physical one, and it may be both moral and physical, but it must be a struggle. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will. Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them, and these will continue till they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.”

THE CRIMINAL SYNDICATE BEST KNOWN AS BLACKROCK HAS MADE A FALSE CLAIM OF OWNERSHIP OF THIS PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY WILL BE OWNED BY THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND WILL BE CONTROLLED AS COMMON PROPERTY NOT BELONGING TO THE FEDERAL OR STATE GOVERNMENTS (WHICH HAVE BEEN TAKEN OVER BY MULTINATIONAL BANKS AND THEIR OPERATIVES), NOR TO MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS (WHOM WE DO NOT RECOGNIZE AS HAVING LEGITIMACY OR AUTHORITY), NOR TO ANY ONE INDIVIUDAL.
