Can we finally get honest and brave intellectuals who are willing to say that the United States has been a military dictatorship for the last 25 years?
I agree with your observation and absolutely admire your courage; however, I do think the problem is deeper...
It is not the people of the United States causing the problems in the world. This is a simple example that demonstrates the insidious nature of unbridled competition found in most cultures regardless of religion, race, or location on the globe. In my opinion, it is simply management issues in the ruling class with horrifying results. I was in the lower echelons of the corporate world finishing a degree in business. Most people want to be honest and not participate in wrong behavior, but at some point, you come to a place where you either join the “club” or lose your career by becoming a whistleblower. I was working for MCI in sales. The department was comprised of 10 teams, 12 people each, 2 shifts. The competition was fierce our jobs depended on our producing great numbers. We had access to a database where we grabbed information to make our numbers look great and difficult for anyone to detect. It resulted in MCI being sued. I tried to stop it; however, I learned that upper management did not want it detected, it made them look great to the c-suite. It made the c-suite look great to the stock holders. I found out the hard way that people will say they will stand with you but when it comes to the standing they back down.
They want to keep us in the dark and arguing amongst ourselves. 2000 was a pivotal time in the world. A few weeks ago, I was sitting on the sofa and a book popped out of the book case. It is a small book that I read when I was a teenager, 50 plus years ago. It is a miracle that I still have it. The title of the book is “The Late Great Planet Earth.”
it is unchecked competition that will eventually lead to total annihilation.
Yes a big part of my awakening was watching Frank Dorrell's video compilation titled What I Learned about US Foreign Policy. USA may go the way of the USSR and thus we need deep dive conversations about decentralization.
It's so dangerous to live under criminal US Corporate surveillance police State. It's even more dangerous than third world countries. And it really started in the 90's. Or even late 70's!!!!
Only 25?
