The UN as it stands is a weapon. I believe as do many others that an international organization to resolve global issues is possible and absolutely necessary. We are entirely open to suggestions as to how we should deal with the current crisis. If people think we can just handle it through national governments, I am sorry to say that they are already controlled by multinational corporations. Regaining our autonomy will be far more difficult than that.

I do not believe the UN is safe to reform in any way, I think we need to dismantle most centralized control systems as they are too easily weaponized against us.

You lost me at your UN buildup.

No chance of my supporting that insanity.

Actually, I am interested in your suggestions as to what will actually work. Most of those who appear to support national sovereignty are in fact closet globalists and multilateral is NOT the opposite of globalism. They are often just different flavors. Also, I am not asking for your support. I am not a product to be consumed or a corporation that satisfies needs. I am serious about starting a serious dialog

"Qualified candidates are blocked from the start in a blatantly unconstitutional system run by the so-called “political parties” beholden to the rich and powerful."

Then why are you running? What do you hope to achieve?

The hope is to challenge citizens and also policy makers to start talking about the truth. If we can push the envelope a bit, while we are ignored in the mainstream, that has value. But the situation is so dangerous that I do not venture a guess as to what will happen next

Invoking the UN is a good way to end dialogue before it begins.

UN, League of Nations all have the same goal, and it's not the common good.

That sounds like the anti globalist rhetoric of Cynthia Chung, my dear colleague. A close examination of history shows that although the League of Nations and the UN have been abused terribly, their contributions were also significant. A next generation of global governance is an imperative.

Elections in the US are not in the hands of any political party. They are controlled by the legal, security and intelligence apparatus of the Federal government - namely the Justice Department, FBI, CIA, NIA and DOD. Elections are no longer political. They are personal. They are not about policies or candidates. They are about prison.
