I just don't think the USSS will be instrumental in establishing a totalitarian government in the U.S. or that calls to round up critics of Trump as accessories to the assassination, if they are voiced, will have the slightest effect. People do get adrenaline rushes during trauma. Allows people to lift cars off of their own crushed leg, crawl to safety while missing limbs and other survival heroics. if he though he was going to be shot his reaction to the pain in his ear would have been very different. He would have dropped for cover ASAP. The response of a normal person to a sudden pain in the ear while outdoors is "What just stung me?" with a concomitant spinal reflex to move the nearest limb to the source of the pain.
It takes 100-120ms for the brain to process that the incoming sound and degree of pain is inconsistent with a wasp, and another 40-80ms to execute the command to drop for cover.
Someone acting and expecting to get shot would drop for cover immediately upon the pain and or sound cue. and not look confused for 1/10th to 1/5th of a second before taking cover.
People had their phones out before the shots. Some thought the shots were fireworks, but not the woman and child who lost the fireman husband/dad.
Immediately while I was watching this event I could see that it was staged. The policeman on the rooftop had his gun aimed at the 'gunman' for quite a while before the shots rang out. If the shot that 'hit Trump' came from where the 'gunman' was (90 degrees) it would have gone right through his head from side to side, not skimmed an ear. I could not believe that the media, both mainstream and 'alternative' were not focusing on this bizarre situation. Please someone correct me if my observation was incorrect.
