It most certainly doesn't have to be fake to be a false flag....it just has to be different in truth from what it appears to be in "reality." Pearl Harbor fits that bill 100%. FDR was a war criminal and a mass murderer....just for Pearl Harbor....let alone the rest of his sordid career.
