Arrest Larry Ellison of Oracle for state crimes

I demand on behalf of the Fear No Evil campaign, which draws its authority from the Constitution of the United States and the Declaration of Independence, in order to form a more perfect union, the immediate arrest of Mr. Larry Ellison, and the seizure of all of his assets, foreign and domestic, and those of Oracle Inc., for grievous state crimes within the United States of America, and in other nations.

Mr. Ellison is the co-founder of Oracle, one of the largest criminal syndicates in the world, and he serves as its executive chairman. As a direct consequence of his criminal activities, Mr. Ellison has amassed a publicly disclosed wealth of 154 billion dollars, and through a lattice of trusts and funds, many of which are illegally protected by classified directives, he controls trillions of dollars in assets around the world.

Although Mr. Ellison does not work alone, he a central figure in criminal governance in the world today; that governance system is primarily driven by the illegal and unconstitutional outsourcing of the functions of government to the IT firms that he owns outright or controls. His arrest, and the full release of all documentation related to his crimes, including the declassification of all records related to his activities in the United States, Great Britain, Israel, Germany, and many other countries will make it clear for the world the scale of his criminality—the full features of which I am not at liberty to disclose to you yet.

We call on the Federal Bureau of Investigation to play its constitutionally-mandated role in arresting Mr. Ellison and seizing his assets. In order to do so, however, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Department of Homeland Security as a whole, must immediately nationalize all of their functions that have been outsourced to Oracle, or to related IT and service contractors, so that the FBI can regain its authority and functionality as a government institution—and not be a puppet of global finance.

The central crimes of Mr. Ellison and his associates at Oracle, and elsewhere, can be divided into the following categories:

1)     Criminal and unconstitutional privatization of government through unregulated, and often completely illegal and unauthorized, outsourcing of functions that can only be undertaken by government officials. This includes networks, cloud services, databases, and other functions related to the storage of, and the manipulation of, information, and internal communications.

2)    Misuse of government authority to gain wealth, and to attack or undermine truth seekers, using no-bid contracts and often blatantly illegal transactions that have been conveniently classified.

3)    Massive bribery of politicians, government officials and judges, media outlets, public intellectuals and others in the United States, and around the world.

4)    Illegal restriction of access to information for government officials and for the public, as well as active efforts to cover up state crimes using secret/top secret classifications and by forcing non-disclosure agreements on employees.

5)     Active participation, along with other US, British, and Israeli IT firms, in the planning of, the execution of, and the frustration of legal responses to, the 9.11 incident, a massive state crime. His role in disinformation programs funded by the taxpayer in the years following must be fully disclosed.

6)     The administration of federal, state, and local government via the illegal and unconstitutional outsourcing of government functions via cloud servers and other IT services, and consulting services, which made Oracle and partners in effect a secret government. The effort of Oracle and others to blame this criminality on the CIA and NSA has been an extremely effective and dangerous strategy which will end now.

7)    Misuse, and outright abuse, of private information obtained about citizens, government policy and institutions from databases, communications systems, and cloud services run by Oracle and its partners.

8)    Central role in planning and implementing operation COVID-19, along with others in DARPA, DoD, the pharmaceutical industry, private equity, and criminal partners in Israel, China, Germany, Australia, Great Britain, and elsewhere.

9)    Central role in information warfare programs run by corrupt elements in defense and intelligence intended to mislead the public, destroy constitutional governance and dumb down citizens on a global scale.

10) The takeover of the military and intelligence institutions of Israel and the launching, through Oracle and its partners, the October 7 Operation, the Gaza massacre, and also the formulation of plans for the destruction of local communities following the Gaza model around the world. The drive for world war starting in Israel is not the handiwork of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, a toothless figurehead left out there to distract and mislead, but rather of an invisible IT and finance network of which Mr. Ellison is a central figure.

Obviously, these same criminal activities are carried on also by other multinational corporations (that pose as American institutions) such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Meta, and Apple. These multinational corporations that have systematically privatized government through illegal actions (and outright bribes) are fused together with private equity and multinational investment banks to form a horrific cancer that has metastasized throughout the entire body politic.

That said, Mr. Ellison’s role, especially in the United States, Israel and Great Britain, has been so central that his trial will without any doubt unveil the general criminality of such massive privatization efforts.

Mr. Ellison should be afforded all constitutional protections once he has been stripped of his assets and his network of criminal friends in the security apparatuses of Israel, the United States, Great Britain, and elsewhere.

We will provide a detailed list of the specific crimes that are readily proven and will present an outline of the greater crimes that will require large declassification projects at the National Security Agency, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Department of Defense, Mossad, Shin Bet, and related contractors so as to prove definitively the exact nature of his criminal actions.

We look forward to working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice and other agencies dedicated to truth and justice on this case. Needless to say, all of these agencies will need to engage in massive housecleaning efforts along the way.
