Several discouraged souls have asked us why we made this declaration in this manner. I replied,
“Robert Kennedy’s betrayal was the cruelest, but it was entirely predictable. At last citizens will start to awaken from the dream.
The other candidates are all guilty of state crimes and fed by hand by billionaires. Not a single one of them, not even Jill Stein and Cornel West, is telling the truth about the war on the American people and the citizens of the world. The Constitution gives me the right to run and moral authority gives me the right to present my argument to the American people.
We will not accept this bogus election and we must recognize that the privatized government no longer serves its function. Only by taking a stand can we possibly have a chance. If we stand by as passive spectators, we will be walled in ‘Gaza-style’ in our own homes, our actions and our economic rights will be destroyed slice by slice, our minds will be flattened out by targeted social media algorithms, and we will be reduced to slavery—or worse.
Really, there is no other choice. Anyone who tells you different is not being honest with you, and most likely, is not being honest with himself or herself.”
